A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a confident and innovative Senior People Partner to join a high performing team on a progressive cultural journey.
Reporting to the General Manager - People, Dan Murphy’s this role will translate business needs into effective people practices that positively drive overall performance and will partner with the QLD senior leadership teams to ensure implementation of the Dan Murphy’s people strategy and agenda.
Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:
- Partner with leaders and take accountability for the effective delivery of people strategies including aligning safety, performance, capability, engagement and talent initiatives to the business strategy
- Build effective talent pipelines through supporting leaders to identify talent, develop workforce plans and talent & succession plans
- Build leadership capability across the talent pipeline leveraging available programs, influence program development and coach leaders and support alignment to the leadership profile
- Partner with leaders to develop and drive engagement initiatives with a commercial mindset and passion for continuous improvement and innovation
- Provide actionable insights to leaders on trends in HR data and provide support and coaching to act on employee data
- Contribute and provide input into the development of Endeavour People Strategy
- Design and implement tailored plans to drive implementation of the People Strategy, diagnose issues and provide lessons learned and HR expertise where required
- Manage the implementation of people change initiatives, including embedding principles in the change and helping leaders deliver and embed change

- Relevant tertiary degree qualifications e.g. HR, Business/ Commerce, Psychology
- Retail, FMCG or related industry experience is ideal
