Contractor Senior People Partner | QLD/NT

As the Senior People Partner for ALH Hotels, you will translate business needs into effective people practices, driving overall performance and sustainable commercial value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver people strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Provide expert guidance on people-related matters.
• Identify business challenges and develop forward-thinking People strategies.
• Influence stakeholders to adopt best-in-class people practices.
• Lead organisational change initiatives.
• Advise on organisational design, workforce planning, and talent requirements.
• Support complex employee and industrial relations matters.
• Contribute to building leadership capability through programs and coaching.
• Empower leaders to manage teams and day-to-day people matters.
• Collaborate with specialist People teams to build talent pipelines and enhance engagement.
• Drive initiatives promoting positive employee experience, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Provide actionable insights through data analysis to improve employee performance.
• Utilise HR metrics to evaluate People programs.
• Contribute to the broader ALH People Strategy.
• Support building People Leaders' capability for compliance.

About You:

• Significant experience (7-10 years) in a strategic HR/People Business Partner role within a large, complex, and fast-paced organization.
• Expertise in leading organisations through large-scale change.
• Current understanding of Australian employment law and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a matrixed organisation.
• Full Drivers License.
• Hospitality or related industry experience.
• Relevant tertiary degree qualifications.
