Full-Time Senior Product Assessor - Active Devices

As a member of our Medical Device team, you will:

1. Support and guide your team of talented Product Assessors
2. Conduct thorough technical documentation reviews and ensure compliance with EU regulations and standards.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to increase efficiency and quality
4. Monitor the team's technical competence, KPIs, and wellbeing and provide feedback and support
5. Conduct recruitment, including reviewing CVs and undertaking interviews
6. Develop training and present training to others
7. Assist with technical queries and sales within the Active Medical Devices field
8. Ensure the highest level of service throughout the SGS network

To be eligible, you should have prior experience as a Product Assessor/Specialist/Technical File Reviewer within another Notified Body for active devices, conducting reviews against MDD and/or MDR.

Additionally, you must possess:

• Four years of professional experience in the field of healthcare products
• Two years experience in the design, manufacture, testing, or use of the device
• Active Medical Devices knowledge (monitoring equipment, therapeutic devices, devices utilizing radiation, etc.)
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of related standards (EN 60601, EN 62304, EN 62366, etc.)
• Good written English skills
• Knowledge of Technical File codes (MDA0201-MDA0318)
