Senior Product & Customer Learning Consultant plays a pivotal role in designing, delivering, and enhancing training programs for business impact.
This role proactively identifies learning needs across user groups and innovates strategic training solutions that align with evolving customer and company requirements.
As a senior member of the team, this role takes ownership of complex initiatives, contributes to cross-functional collaboration, and influences thought leadership amongst the team.
- Training Strategy, Design & Innovation
- Leads needs analyses, proactively identifying training gaps across internal and external user groups.
- Innovates learning solutions that align with evolving customer/company needs and independently designs comprehensive training programs.
- Creates scalable, reusable training assets, including new content templates and instructional frameworks.
- Establishes strong partnerships with key stakeholders to align training with broader strategic goals.
- Incorporates data-driven insights into training design, continuously refining learning effectiveness based on performance metrics and feedback.
- Training Delivery & Facilitation
- Serves as a trusted expert in delivering advanced instructional, operational, product, and customer-focused training.
- Conducts live and on-demand training to internal and external audiences through various platforms (virtual, webinars, in-class, recorded videos).
- Engages audiences using interactive learning techniques, fostering knowledge retention and application.
- Subject Matter Expertise
- Develops a deep understanding of Assent’s products, services, and solutions to effectively communicate technical concepts in training materials.
- Maintains close relationships with cross-functional teams to stay updated on product developments and customer journeys, ensuring training content remains relevant and aligned with evolving needs.
- Thought Leadership & External Engagement
- Regularly reviews industry updates and best practices, providing insights that inform Assent’s learning strategies.
- Mentors and coaches other team members on industry updates and best practices, driving continuous professional development.
- Project Management
- Oversees training project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful implementation.
- Takes ownership of complex projects, programs, and/or initiatives requiring strategic thinking, including data analytics program and top-tier customer & certification projects.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Business Impact
- Partners with other departments (Product, Customer Success, Sales) to design cross-functional initiatives that drive business goals.
- Implements process improvements and documents them, ensuring best practices and standardization in learning methodologies.
- Drives customer success through tailored training programs that proactively improve customer outcomes.
- Be familiar with corporate security policies and follow the guidance set out by processes and procedures of Assent.
