Full-Time Senior Product Lead, Platform

We are seeking a hands-on and strategic Senior Product Lead, Platform to drive the transformation of our product offerings. This role blends execution and strategic leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the product portfolio across the platform, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and market needs.
• Drive the evolution of the platform through innovation, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute a highly technical and customer-centric product roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering and Client Success teams to deliver features addressing complex technical requirements and customer needs.
• Shape the roadmap for integrations, working with customer technical leaders.
• Act as a key interface with customers to understand requirements, use cases, and pain points.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements.
• Partner with engineering, design, operations, sales, and Client Success teams for alignment and quality.
• Provide guidance to the product team, fostering skill development and high performance.
• Drive enhancements and innovation within the platform and integrations.
• Define and monitor KPIs and success metrics.
• Use data insights to inform decision-making, optimize offerings, and measure product initiatives.
• Create and maintain system integration documentation for clarity and alignment.
• Oversee the synchronization of product releases with system updates.
• Gather customer feedback and monitor market trends to refine strategies and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for platform updates, ensuring transparency.
• Continuously evaluate and improve platform functionality, scalability, and performance.
