Job Details
We are seeking an experienced software Senior Product Manager to join our growing team. The Senior Product Manager defines and communicates the strategic vision of current and new products, handling day-to-day decisions in product development, market analysis, and pricing. A successful candidate has strong understanding of enterprise software solutions and builds positive relationships internally and externally. This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on contribution.
This is a remote position with occasional travel. East coast candidates strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Align product strategy to corporate goals and customer needs.
- Partner with Product Owners to build impactful roadmaps.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and Engineering to define, develop, market, and deliver the product.
- Identify product enhancements to maximize ROI and customer needs.
- Perform product analysis (win/loss, profitability, etc.) and take action on concerns.
- Lead decision-making on product prioritization.
- Establish Product Charters with clear requirements.
- Coordinate tasks in support of the product development lifecycle.
- Communicate product requirements to Product Owners and Engineering.
- Lead Voice of the Customer programs.
- Author product marketing materials.
- Support the Sales team through presentations and other activities.
- Assist Sr. Director of Product Management with team build-out.
- Lead relationships with key vendors.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of product management and/or product development experience, preferably in software.
- Experience with online payments industry and compliance is desired.
- Specific experience in Taft-Hartley, commercial benefits administration, or healthcare is desired.
- Experience in data-driven customer research.
- Proven expertise in problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership.
- Experience managing or mentoring other Product Managers.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Agile development lifecycle experience (Scrum, Lean, Kanban, etc.) strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Pragmatic Marketing certification a plus.
