Job Details

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Product Manager to join our Patient Flywheel team. This team is dedicated to helping offline patients discover the value of Docplanner and seamlessly join our ecosystem.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders across various parts of the company, the Patient Engagement teams, the Communications team and our market-leading Practice Management Systems (PMS) teams such as Feegow, ClinicCloud, Gipo, and MyDr in various countries, to ensure alignment and drive impactful solutions.

If you're excited about shaping patient experiences and making a real impact, we’d love to hear from you!

You will be responsible for:

  • Define and set key results for your team to bring office patients to join our product flywheel.
  • Optimize the offline patient flows with the most relevant value propositions (for booking and medical records notifications).
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, research, and analysts to identify and solve critical customer problems.
  • Monitor and analyze users’ behavior regarding launched features and measure against KPIs.
  • Create and maintain a backlog of initiatives, executing these through experimentation, data analysis, and validation of hypotheses and business cases.
  • Develop product requirements using Agile or Shape Up methodologies, including user stories, wireframes, or prototypes, ensuring they are backed by user/customer insights.
  • Coordinate with various teams (e.g., Legal, PMS software, C-Levels, and Country Managers) and support operations whenever new features or products are introduced.
  • Work with other Product Managers from different areas to balance business goals and customer needs, ensuring that relevant issues are debated, decided on, and initiatives are delivered.
  • Oversee the functionality of developed features before they reach the production environment.

What will help you thrive?

  • Product Management Expertise: 4+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the marketplace, B2B2C, or large-scale B2C environments, with a proven track record of delivering impactful products.
  • Strategic Execution: Demonstrated ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and consistently deliver measurable results.
  • Proactive and Independent: Comfortable taking initiative and working independently. You’ll encounter ambiguity, so we value your ability to navigate uncertainties and carve out effective solutions.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Proficient in interpreting data and user feedback to make informed, impactful product decisions.
  • Organizational Savvy: Excellent organizational skills with a solid understanding of Agile or Shape-Up development processes.
  • User-Centric Approach: Strong focus on user needs, with the ability to identify and prioritize goals that drive product engagement and success.
  • Clarity and Vision: Ability to clearly define next steps and effectively communicate your vision across teams and stakeholders.
  • Growth Mindset: While nobody checks every box, we highly value a willingness to learn and grow.

A big Bonus are these:

  • Healthcare Knowledge: Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, eHealth trends, and the patient journey.
  • Technical background (previous experience or education in information technology).

What will you get in return?

  • A salary adequate to your experience and skills.
  • Flexible remuneration and benefits system via Flexoh, which includes: restaurant card, transportation card, kindergarten, and training tax savings.
  • Share options plan after 6 months of working with us.

True flexibility and work-life balance

  • Remote or hybrid work model with our hub in Barcelona.
  • Flexible working hours (fully flexible, as in most cases you only have to be on a couple of meetings weekly).
  • Summer intensive schedule during July and August (work 7 hours, finish earlier);
  • 23 paid holidays, with exchangeable local bank holidays.
  • Additional paid holiday on your birthday or work anniversary (you choose what you want to celebrate).

Health comes first

  • Private healthcare plan with Adeslas for you and subsidized for your family (medical and dental).
  • Access to hundreds of gyms for a symbolic fee in partnership for you and your family with Andjoy.
  • Access to iFeel, a technological platform for mental wellness offering online psychological support and counseling.
