Role OverviewImpiricus is searching for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategic development and execution of our cutting-edge products designed for pharmaceutical companies to connect more effectively with physicians.
Responsibilities
- Product Operations Oversee the project lifecycle from planning to execution, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
- Strategy & Vision Craft and communicate a compelling product vision and develop a strategic product roadmap setting clear goals and milestones.
- Product Development Lead cross-functional teams through the agile development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
- Market Research Conduct in-depth market research to understand the evolving needs of both pharmaceutical companies and physicians.
- Stakeholder Management Work closely with stakeholders across the company and effectively communicate product plans and progress.
- Performance Metrics Utilize key performance indicators to measure product success.
- Customer Advocacy Act as the primary advocate for our clients and build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to validate and refine product decisions.
- P&L Management Incorporate financial metrics into decision-making and own a holistic P&L.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- 5+ years of product management or startup founder experience, ideally within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industries
- Demonstrated success in launching and growing innovative products
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Proficiency in agile development methodologies and experience working closely with technical teams.
