Position OverviewPhil seeks a highly experienced Senior Product Manager to own prescription fulfillment operations. Optimize the process, ensure efficient medication delivery, and drive value for clients. Collaborate with pharmacy teams, fulfillment partners, and cross-functional teams. This role needs strong leadership and hands-on execution to translate business goals into product solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive product strategy for prescription fulfillment, including pharmacy and partner operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (pharmacy, fulfillment, client success) to identify and prioritize requirements.
- Expand platform capabilities for new medications and enhance services.
- Continuously iterate on features and processes for operational efficiency.
- Participate in user research and process analysis for improvements.
- Set, track, and deliver metrics-based goals to ensure operational success for patients and clients.
Requirements
- 5-7 years product management experience, building and managing operational platforms/complex systems.
- Strong track record and passion for driving operational platforms and managing complex systems.
- Ability to balance business strategy with detailed product execution for timely delivery and quality.
- Data-driven approach, using metrics and research to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
- Technical fluency to understand engineering trade-offs and collaborate with technical teams.
