Full-Time Senior Product Manager

At Promaton, we're making significant progress with our automated crown design technology. Many prosthetic design steps are tedious and time-consuming, affecting dental lab and clinic efficiency. Easily accessible prosthetics simulation helps clinicians reach better patient outcomes. Expanding automated prosthetics capabilities through AI and automation.

What success looks like:

• Drive crown design (AI + tools) to production with partners, expanding clinical applications.
• Navigate prosthetics products through quality and regulatory milestones.
• Support adoption of other prosthetics automation internally and by customers.
• Ensure product performance, accessibility, and user experience to increase satisfaction.
• Ensure successful integration and satisfaction across partner platforms.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Proven experience improving/scaling market-ready products in regulated domains.
• Experience running product operations to achieve results.
• Effective navigation of clinical requirements, regulatory compliance, and AI technology.
• Strong technical affinity for developing AI products.
• Strengthen and integrate the product feedback loop.
• Drive product team operations to achieve goals.
• Plan and manage releases according to quality management procedures.
• Continuous focus on quality and clinical performance.
• Standardize communication across teams and partners.
• Drive product adoption and partner success.

What do you bring to the table?

• 7+ years of experience building/managing complex products.
• Strong technical affinity or STEM degree.
• 3+ years experience managing a product in machine learning/AI, regulated medical industry, or 3D space.
• Empowered product team leadership experience.
• Self-starter, detail-oriented, quality-minded, data-driven.
• Structured way of working and communication.
• Team player and collaborative mindset.
• Experience with complex stakeholder environments.
• Based in a time zone between UTC-1 and UTC+3 (-2 to +2 hours Amsterdam time).
• Ability to fly in for company events 4-6 times a year.

Bonus points:

• Degree related to AI, (bio)mechanics, biomedical, materials science, or industrial design.
• Experience with conducting customer research.
