Job Details
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Xplor Growth team. Xplor Growth provides complete customer engagement tools and marketing automation solutions, helping businesses better engage, acquire, and retain customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the planning, vision, and execution of Xplor Growth features, aligning with business objectives.
- Deeply understand internal product teams (customers) by directly engaging to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap, balancing strategic investments, short-term wins, and technical debt.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve CRM, marketing automation, and customer engagement capabilities.
- Establish key metrics for product initiatives and track their impact on business goals.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support to gather feedback and ensure smooth product adoption.
- Guide agile development processes, including backlog management, sprint planning, and product refinement.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful product launches and customer value delivery.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or marketing automation.
- Experience building CRM, marketing automation, or customer engagement products (preferred).
- Proven ability to own a product roadmap and drive execution from ideation to launch.
- Strong analytical skills to identify patterns in customer feedback, user behavior, and market trends.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Support).
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies and experience leading agile teams.
- Excellent communication skills to present and advocate for product decisions.
Compensation: $120,000 - $165,000 (base salary).
