Full-Time Senior Product Manager, Claims Processing

Claims Processing Team: Owns Garner's core claims system. Responsible for ingesting and adjudicating member claims quickly, accurately, and at scale.

Your responsibilities

• Develop a deep intuition for what is important to our users (members, internal teams, administrators) and use that to drive your roadmap and help shape the overall product strategy.
• Drive new feature development from start to finish (ideation, requirements gathering, documentation, product development, launch, and iteration).
• Define what success looks like, ensure we have the data in place to measure progress, and rally the team around what winning looks like and how we get there.

Minimum requirements

• 4+ years product management experience
• Software engineering or data science experience, and/or a computer science or engineering degree, comfortable with SQL
• Highly autonomous self-starter, thrives when given ownership of hard, unscoped problems
• Insatiable learner, track record of entering a large, complicated domain and becoming the content expert
• Excellent written and verbal communicator, can communicate your vision and drive execution
• Extremely analytical, insistently uses data to shape product intuition and decisions

Preferred qualifications

• Experience working with healthcare claims and eligibility data
• Built or managed large-scale data systems

Target Salary Range: $185,000 - $210,000
