Full-Time Senior Product Manager (MX)

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll work directly with the Patient Experience team, focusing on developing and growing products/solutions for the health insurance market.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Gain deep understanding of the market, competitive landscape, and client experiences.
• Develop, document, and maintain product strategy by analyzing performance, identifying gaps, and generating new ideas to grow market share and improve client experience.
• Generate product consensus with stakeholders through demos and presentations, acting as a product evangelist.
• Translate strategy into a product roadmap, including new development, enhancements, and refinements.
• Design, scope, and prioritize requirements based on business and client impact, creating product specifications.
• Provide cross-functional project management oversight for initiatives (pilots, enhancements, new products).
• Drive product launches by collaborating with operational, marketing, and other key stakeholders.
• Work closely with executives, clients, design, engineering, marketing/sales, and client services teams.
• Ensure user experience is integrated from day one, creating accessible, attractive, intuitive, and efficient products.
• Ensure product is brought to market according to business requirements and client expectations.
• Develop positioning and promotional plans aligned with product strategy.
• Respond to requests and questions, assisting in ROI reporting to clients.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of SaaS product management experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience working with payers and/or understanding the US Healthcare Insurance marketplace is a plus.
• Self-starter, bias toward action, proven track record of results, strategic thinker, prioritization skills, and methodical execution.
• Experience in agile product development methodology.
• Passion for user experience, understanding user problems, and creative solutions balancing business needs.
• Understanding of key technologies and ability to converse at a technical level; can understand work effort and trade-offs with technical solutions.
• Platform mindset, considering how features fit into the overall platform and scale.
• Customer/client management experience, managing customer needs and broader product/portfolio strategy.
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies.
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, critical thinking, project management, time management, and organizational skills, and ability to adapt to multiple priorities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Salary Range: $101,000 - $172,000.
