OpenLoop is seeking a Senior Product Manager to enhance patient experience.
What You'll Do:
  • Own the patient journey.
  • Drive innovation in patient-focused products.
  • Leverage AI to improve patient experiences.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations.
  • Focus on scalable solutions.
  • Use data for improvements.
  • Oversee product lifecycle.
  • Define the product roadmap.
  • Conduct product research.
  • Enable integrations with third-party platforms.
  • Advocate for the patient perspective.
Who You Are:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
  • 7+ years of product management experience in healthcare, SaaS or e-commerce.
  • Technical understanding of APIs and integrations.
  • Experience with telehealth and healthcare compliance (e.g., HIPAA).
