OpenLoop is seeking a Senior Product Manager to enhance patient experience.
What You'll Do:
- Own the patient journey.
- Drive innovation in patient-focused products.
- Leverage AI to improve patient experiences.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations.
- Focus on scalable solutions.
- Use data for improvements.
- Oversee product lifecycle.
- Define the product roadmap.
- Conduct product research.
- Enable integrations with third-party platforms.
- Advocate for the patient perspective.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
- 7+ years of product management experience in healthcare, SaaS or e-commerce.
- Technical understanding of APIs and integrations.
- Experience with telehealth and healthcare compliance (e.g., HIPAA).
