Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Product Marketing Manager to join ServiceNow’s Platform and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Core Product Marketing team. This role is critical in shaping the positioning and differentiation of our AI solutions, working closely with Product, GTM, partners, demand generation, and marketing teams to bring ServiceNow’s AI innovations to market.
As a Senior PMM, you will be the subject matter expert on our AI solutions, translating complex capabilities into compelling, differentiated messaging. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring ServiceNow is recognized as the AI platform for enterprise transformation by creating product narratives, guiding launches, developing market strategies, and partnering cross-functionally to drive adoption and business impact.
- Develop differentiated messaging and positioning for ServiceNow’s AI and platform solutions, ensuring clear articulation of how we stand out in the enterprise AI market.
- Craft compelling solution narratives that resonate with customers, partners, analysts, and the broader market.
- Own and drive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new AI product releases, ensuring a flawless launch execution across marketing, product, and sales teams.
- Serve as the internal and external SME for ServiceNow’s AI offerings, helping teams across the company understand what makes our AI solutions unique.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, GTM, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment between product strategy and marketing efforts.
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry.
- 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or related roles within enterprise B2B software.
- Deep understanding of AI, enterprise platforms, and cloud ecosystems—experience in AI product marketing is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to develop clear, differentiated messaging and positioning that stands out in competitive markets.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling business value.
- Track record of successfully launching enterprise software products and leading cross-functional GTM efforts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to executives, customers, and partners.
