Who are you? We seek an experienced Sr. Product Marketing Manager to own the strategic positioning, messaging, and go-to-market (GTM) execution of our industry-leading platform. This role bridges the gap between Product, Sales, and Customer Success, ensuring our solutions effectively meet market needs, drive adoption, market growth, and revenue impact.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies aligning with company goals and driving market demand.
- Lead the planning and execution of product launches, including messaging frameworks, positioning, competitive analysis, and sales enablement.
- Conduct market research to deeply understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Craft compelling value propositions, product messaging, and content resonating with key stakeholders (medical device manufacturers, supply chain leaders, healthcare providers).
- Partner with sales leadership to create effective tools, collateral, and training programs supporting the sales process and accelerating pipeline growth.
- Work closely with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and strategic alignment.
- Define KPIs to measure the success of product marketing initiatives and optimize based on data-driven insights.
What skills and experience do we expect?
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Over 8 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
- Strong understanding of healthcare, medical device, or supply chain industries.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful product campaigns.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Extensive experience crafting high-quality content (articles, white papers, ad copy, blog posts).
- Strong analytical mindset to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments and cross-functional collaboration.

Salary and Location
- Salary range: $130,000-$150,000 USD.
- Remote work flexibility, but currently considering applications from US-based candidates.
