Full-Time Senior Program Manager- Faculty

• Develop and deliver educational materials for the faculty.
• Guide faculty growth with effective approaches.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of scholarship, teaching excellence, and service opportunities.

• Collaborate with university leadership to identify faculty needs.
• Recruit and oversee facilitators and subject matter experts (SMEs).
• Complete training to launch the Interprofessional Continuing Education (IPCE) designation.
• Collaborate with the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) to ensure compliance.
• Lead reaccreditation efforts for all professional organization credentials.
• Serve as a resource person and mentor for faculty and program leadership.
• Drive improved outcomes by monitoring and tracking results.
• Provide strategic direction for faculty development communication campaigns.
• Evaluate and update program materials.
• Recommend and utilize technology to implement faculty training.
• Lead large-scale university-wide projects.
• Develop faculty curriculum.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.

• Manage the continuing education program.
• Oversee the submission and approval of courses.
• Assist in course development by recruiting SMEs.
• Ensure compliance with all rules and regulations related to continuing education.
• Approve course content.
• Hire and manage SMEs.

• Master's Degree in Nursing (Required)
• PhD in Nursing or DNP (Preferred)

• 5+ years in higher education (Required)
• 3+ years in academic leadership (Required)
• 3+ years teaching online (Required)
• 3+ years curriculum development (Required)
• 1+ year of previous scholarship (Required)
