Full-Time Senior Project Manager, Health Programs

Position DescriptionAs a Senior Project Manager, you will manage growth initiatives that enhance the organization's ability to reach community members and deliver outpatient addiction treatment services.

Candidate Responsibilities

1. Project Management: Lead and manage multiple growth initiative projects from inception to completion. Develop project plans, define scope, set timelines, allocate resources, and ensure effective communication across all stakeholders. Monitor project progress, adjust plans as needed, and provide regular updates to leadership.
2. Program Leadership: Oversee the integration of various projects to ensure alignment with broader company objectives and create synergies. Facilitate meetings to promote collaboration, gather insights, and drive decision-making processes.
3. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clinical teams, marketing, finance, and partnerships. Gather feedback and insights to ensure projects meet client needs and align with best practices.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze project data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement. Prepare and present project reports to leadership, showcasing progress, outcomes, and learnings.
5. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects comply with regulatory standards and best practices. Implement quality assurance measures to uphold high standards.

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience, focusing on healthcare (preferred).
• Proven program management experience and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams.
• Knowledge of addiction treatment practices and policies (a plus).
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PgMP, etc.) (preferred).
