Senior Recruiter is responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. The Senior Recruiter acts as a brand ambassador for their client and partners with hiring managers in a consultative capacity. They focus on delivering top talent for hiring managers while providing proactive and timely communication on search status. The Senior Recruiter must stay abreast of industry and market trends impacting the search. They mentor Recruiters and other team members, demonstrating innovation and outside-the-box thinking in search techniques.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete detailed job scope conversation with hiring leader to determine position specifications.
- Timely review of applicants through Applicant Tracking System.
- Build and deploy effective recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Source candidates from resume databases and networking sites using Boolean search language.
- Source candidates from social media and deep web.
- Generate targeted lists of passive candidates using subscriptions and technologies.
- Solicit and pursue referrals from networks.
- Utilize proprietary software for mobile and email campaigns to talent communities.
- Use a mix of media to connect with talent communities (phone, email, campaigning, network introductions, social media).
- Provide value propositions tailored to each candidate.
- Prepare candidates for interviews (logistics, schedule, attire, expectations, additional counsel).
- Ensure timely updates to candidates on application and interview status.
- Maintain strong pulse on candidate interest levels and concerns.
- Conduct professional phone interviews with industry/role-specific probing questions.
- Navigate difficult conversations effectively.
- Compare candidate notes and skills assessments with requisition specifications to determine fit.
- Apply consideration for candidate and team cultural fit.
- Issue skills testing and evaluate results (if necessary).
- Review background and reference information (if necessary).
- Keep candidates engaged throughout the process.
- Continuously build talent pipeline.
- Keep hiring manager up-to-date on market changes impacting the hiring process.
- Articulate and drive job offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring manager to secure candidate acceptance.
- Strict adherence to all regulations (OFCCP and other compliance standards).
- Demonstrate segment/practice/industry expertise.
- Deliver strong candidate slate for each requisition.
- Provide accurate and regular reporting.
- Identify search difficulties and research solutions, collaborating with leadership (and hiring manager as needed).
- Proactively and regularly communicate search status to hiring manager.
- Other duties as assigned.
