Senior Recruiter is responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle.
Acts as a brand ambassador for the client and partners with hiring managers in a consultative capacity.
Focused on delivering top talent to hiring managers while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of the search.
Expected to stay abreast of industry and market-specific information or trends impacting the search.
Acts as a mentor to Recruiters and other team members.
Demonstrates innovation and outside-the-box thinking with search techniques.
Work Location: Hungary, Work Arrangement: Remote, Work Schedule: Standard office hours

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete detailed job scope conversation with hiring leader to determine position specifications.
- Timely review of applicants via applicant tracking system.
- Build and deploy effective recruitment marketing campaigns specific to job openings.
- Source candidates via resume databases and networking sites using sophisticated Boolean search language.
- Source candidates via social media channels and deep web sourcing techniques.
- Generate targeted lists of passive candidates using member subscriptions and technologies.
- Solicit and pursue referrals from business networks and/or internal referrals.
- Utilize proprietary software for mobile and email campaigning to talent communities.
- Use a sophisticated mix of media to connect with talent community (phone, email, campaigning, network introductions, and social media).
- Provide value propositions uniquely tailored to each candidate situation and interest level.
- Prepare candidates for interviews: logistical information, interview schedule, appropriate attire, expectations for follow up, additional counsel as needed.
- Ensure all candidates receive timely updates on application and interview status.
- Keep a strong pulse on top candidate interest levels and/or concerns.
- Conduct professional and thoughtful phone interviews infused with industry/role-specific probing questions.
- Navigate difficult conversations to gather appropriate information.
- Compare candidate phone interview notes and skills assessments with requisition specifications to determine fit.
- Apply consideration for factors relative to candidate fit to team and cultural fit.
- Issue skills testing and evaluate results (if process dictates).
- Review background and reference information (if process dictates).
- Keep candidates engaged throughout the process.
- Continuously build talent pipeline to ensure multiple candidates are in play.
- Keep hiring manager updated on market changes impacting hiring process.
- Articulate job offer and drive candidate acceptance.
- Partner with hiring manager to ensure offer acceptance.
- Strict adherence to all regulations (OFCCP and other compliance standards).
- Demonstrate segment/practice/industry expertise.
- Deliver a strong candidate slate for each requisition.
- Provide accurate and regular reporting of recruiting activities.
- Identify perceived difficulties with searches and research solutions by collaborating with leadership and hiring manager.
- Proactively and regularly communicate search status to the hiring manager.
- Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or related field. Equivalent experience considered.
- Minimum of five or more years' results-oriented recruiting experience in in-house, RPO, or agency setting.
- Ability to showcase niche segment or industry expertise.
- Ability to employ technologies to create efficiencies in recruiting process.
- Adhere to documentation and processes for compliance.
- Experience utilizing deep web sourcing techniques.
