Full-Time Senior Recruiter

GiveCampus is a leading fundraising platform for non-profit educational institutions.

We seek a talented and mission-driven Senior Recruiter to grow our team and enable GiveCampus to achieve greater impact.

Responsibilities:

1. Process Improvement: Establish, standardize and streamline recruiting processes for efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
2. Results: Successfully hire top talent (technical and non-technical) like engineering, product, sales, and customer success.
3. Execution: Manage the complete recruiting process from crafting job descriptions to extending offers.
4. Expertise: Be a trusted advisor to hiring managers and provide guidance on recruiting best practices, and market insights.
5. Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with HR, Marketing, and Business Development to support talent branding.

Requirements:

• Experience with Breezy or similar ATS.
• 5+ years recruiting experience, including 3+ years hiring technical roles and 3+ years hiring non-technical roles.
• Proven success in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High standards for integrity, ownership, and accountability.
