What you'll be doing:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process.
- Build a pipeline of top talent.
- Qualify candidates for technical and cultural fit.
- Manage relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Drive offer process.
What we're looking for:
- Experienced in in-house full-cycle recruiting.
- Track record in recruiting for non-tech/tech roles.
- Experience with project-based or high-volume recruitment.
- Handle multiple tasks with precision.
- Experience leading hiring strategy across multiple global business units.
You might also have experience with Greenhouse ATS, GEM, and Seekout.
