Full-Time Senior Recruiter

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, hiring managers, and interview teams.
• Coach and mentor other Talent Team members.
• Develop innovative strategies to scale the hiring practice across multiple locations.
• Maintain relationships with top talent.
• Facilitate interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Conduct market research.
• Adapt and pitch our EVP.
• Provide timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Partner with hiring teams on interview best practices.
• Use data to evaluate pipeline health.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment dashboards.

• 6+ years of experience recruiting.
• Demonstrated success navigating and executing hiring strategies in both the U.S. and Canadian markets.
• General understanding and application of U.S. and Canadian Employment Laws.
• Skilled in managing a high volume of candidates.
• Strong ability to establish consultative relationships.
• Adept at navigating ambiguity and building consensus across multiple teams.

• Experience working at a growing global company.
• In-house recruiting experience, preferably within the tech or management consulting industry.
• Understanding of recruiting metrics.
• Experience with Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, ModernLoop.
