The Senior Recruiter is responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. They act as a brand ambassador for their client and partner with hiring managers in a consultative capacity. They are focused on delivering top talent for their hiring managers while providing proactive and timely communication on the search status.
They stay abreast of industry and market trends to impact the search. They mentor Recruiters and other team members, demonstrating innovation in search techniques.
Work Arrangement: Remote (preferably UK, Poland, Hungary)
Work Schedule: EMEA Regular Working Hours

- Conduct detailed job scope conversation with hiring leader to determine position specifications.
- Timely review of applicants via applicant tracking system.
- Build and deploy effective recruitment marketing campaigns specific to the job opening.
- Source candidates via resume databases and networking sites using Boolean search language.
- Source candidates via social media and deep web sourcing.
- Generate targeted lists of passive candidates using member subscriptions and technologies.
- Solicit and pursue referrals from business networks/internal referrals.
- Utilize proprietary software for mobile and email campaigns to talent communities.
- Connect with talent community using various media (phone, email, campaigns, network introductions, social media).
- Provide value propositions tailored to each candidate situation.
- Prepare candidates for interviews (logistics, schedule, attire, follow-up expectations, additional counsel).
- Provide timely updates to candidates on application/interview status.
- Monitor candidate interest and concerns.
- Conduct professional phone interviews with probing questions.
- Handle difficult conversations effectively.
- Compare candidate notes and skills assessments with requisition specifications to determine fit.
- Consider candidate fit to team/cultural fit.
- Conduct skills testing and evaluate results (if needed).
- Review background and reference information (if needed).
- Keep candidates engaged throughout the process.
- Continuously build talent pipeline.
- Inform hiring manager about market changes impacting the process/talent community.
- Articulate job offer and drive candidate acceptance.
- Partner with hiring manager to ensure offer acceptance.
- Adhere to all regulations (OFCCP and other compliance standards).
- Demonstrate segment/practice/industry expertise.
- Deliver a strong candidate slate for each requisition.
- Provide accurate and regular reporting.
- Identify search difficulties and research solutions by collaborating with leadership.
- Proactively and regularly communicate search status to hiring manager.
- Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Extensive recruiting experience (in-house, RPO, or agency setting).
- Process-driven, strong partnership, and stakeholder management experience.
- Works council experience.
- Comfortable working in a large global matrix organization.
Exposure:
- Ability to showcase recruiting for professional and corporate positions.
- Ability to employ technologies in the recruiting process to create efficiencies.
- Adhere to documentation and processes for compliance.
- Experience utilizing deep web sourcing techniques.
