Responsibilities:

• Complete detailed job scope conversations with hiring leaders.
• Review applicant tracking system applications.
• Develop effective recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Source candidates from resume databases and networking sites using sophisticated search techniques.
• Source candidates via social media and deep web sourcing.
• Generate targeted passive candidate lists.
• Solicit referrals from business networks and internal sources.
• Utilize proprietary software for mobile and email campaigns.
• Connect with talent using various media (phone, email, campaigning, networks).
• Provide tailored value propositions for candidates.
• Prepare candidates for interviews with logistical information, attire, and follow-up expectations.
• Ensure timely updates to candidates about applications and interviews.
• Monitor candidate interest and concerns.
• Conduct professional phone interviews.
• Navigate difficult conversations.
• Compare candidate notes with requisition specifications.
• Assess candidate fit to team and culture.
• Conduct skills testing as needed.
• Review background and reference information.
• Keep candidates engaged throughout the process.
• Build a robust talent pipeline.
• Keep hiring managers updated on market changes.
• Articulate job offers and drive candidate acceptance.
• Adhere to all regulations (OFCCP, etc.).
• Demonstrate segment/practice/industry expertise.
• Deliver a strong candidate slate.
• Provide accurate recruiting activity reports.
• Identify search difficulties and research solutions.
• Proactively communicate search status to hiring managers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, or related field.
• 5+ years of results-oriented recruiting experience in in-house, RPO, or agency settings.
• Pharmaceutical manufacturing recruiting experience required.
• Niche segment/industry expertise.
• Proficient use of recruiting technologies.
• Adherence to documentation and compliance processes.
• Deep web sourcing experience.
