• Utilize proprietary software for talent outreach.
• Craft tailored value propositions.
• Prepare candidates for interviews.
• Provide timely updates to candidates.
• Monitor candidate interest and concerns.
• Conduct professional phone interviews.
• Navigate difficult conversations.
• Compare candidate notes with requirements.
• Assess candidate fit for team and culture.
• Perform skills testing (if needed).
• Review background and reference information (if needed).
• Keep candidates engaged.
• Build talent pipelines.
• Inform hiring managers about market changes.
• Articulate job offers and drive acceptance.
• Adhere to regulations.
• Deliver strong candidate slates.
• Provide accurate reporting.
• Identify search difficulties and research solutions.
• Communicate search status regularly.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, HR, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years' recruiting experience (in-house, RPO, or agency).
• Niche segment/industry expertise.
• Proficiency in utilizing recruiting technologies.
• Experience with deep web sourcing.
