Overview:
High-impact role to establish and grow our presence in the Australian Healthcare market. Full ownership of developing business relationships, building a sustainable recruitment desk, and driving revenue growth. Opportunity to hire, lead, and manage a growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Development & Business Growth: Build and lead the Australian Healthcare recruitment desk. Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives. Identify new business opportunities. Analyse market trends.
- 360° Recruitment Delivery: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle. Deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates. Leverage digital platforms. Conduct on-site visits to strengthen client relationships.
- Leadership & Growth: Operate with autonomy. Mentor junior colleagues. Play a key role in shaping recruitment strategy. Champion values and uphold standards.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven track record in healthcare recruitment (Australian market experience required).
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and build new markets from scratch.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Resilient, proactive, and adaptable.
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Commercially minded, target-driven.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
