Overview:
This is a high-impact, growth-focused role for an experienced recruiter. You’ll have full ownership of developing business relationships, building a sustainable recruitment desk, and driving revenue growth in the Irish Healthcare market. There will be the opportunity to hire, lead, and manage a growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Development & Business Growth: Independently build and lead the Irish Healthcare recruitment desk. Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives. Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with key clients. Analyse market trends to refine recruitment strategies.
- 360° Recruitment Delivery: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle. Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates. Leverage digital platforms to attract candidates. Conduct on-site visits to strengthen client relationships.
- Leadership & Growth: Operate with autonomy and take full accountability for results. Mentor junior colleagues as the team grows. Play a key role in shaping the long-term recruitment strategy. Champion company values.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven track record of success in healthcare recruitment (Irish market experience strongly required).
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
- Demonstrable ability to work independently and build new markets or desks from scratch.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Resilient, proactive, and adaptable with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Commercially minded, target-driven, and motivated by growth and success.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
