Full-Time Senior Regional Marketing Manager

Job Description: EnterpriseDB (EDB) seeks a Sr. Regional Marketing Manager, North America to develop and execute marketing programs accelerating deals and driving revenue growth. This role reports to the VP of Alliance Partner & North America Field Marketing and works closely with sales leadership, product marketing, and demand generation teams. A key aspect is collaboration with alliance partners.

Impact:

• Partner with regional sales leaders to understand pipeline needs and develop initiatives.
• Develop targeted account engagement strategies (ABM, executive programs, sales enablement).
• Own pipeline acceleration campaigns (workshops, roundtables, incentives, nurture programs).
• Align messaging, campaign execution, and lead follow-up with sales development teams.
• Create sales enablement materials (presentations, case studies, landing pages).
• Develop and execute co-marketing plans with partners.
• Plan and execute high-touch field events.
• Support EDB presence at industry and partner events.
• Travel to support regional teams (approximately 20%).

Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as liaison between sales, product marketing, demand generation, and partner teams.

Performance & Optimization: Track, measure, and report on field marketing initiatives. Increase conversion rates.

Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, sales enablement, or partner marketing, preferably in enterprise software or cloud technologies. Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and go-to-market strategies.

Preferred Skills: Strong project and program management skills, data-driven mindset.
