Job Details
As a Senior Robotics Sales Manager at Vention, you will build and lead a world-class account management organization focused on enterprise customers. Your mission: transform these relationships into strategic programs, while coaching the team that drives this impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate as the CEO of your business.
- Meet and exceed targets.
- Drive sales of Vention’s product portfolio, focusing on Applications and complex projects.
- Own all aspects of the sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, qualification, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing.
- Establish long term partnerships with enterprise accounts.
- Partner with BDRs, Robot Alliance Partners, and Systems Integrators to develop business.
- Collaborate with senior executives to enhance the Vention Product Roadmap.
- Coach, train and educate members of the Vention sales teams on technical selling of application products
- Traveling : 30-40% of the time
What You Bring to the Table:
- Hardworking, driven, energetic, competitive, team oriented.
- 8+ years of experience in manufacturing automation and/or robotics sales
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Strong commercial and technical acumen with a focus on customer success
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
