Bosch HVAC is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Training Manager to lead training integration efforts. This hybrid role aligns sales processes and enhances cross-brand product knowledge. Responsibilities include developing and delivering training programs, onboarding new sales personnel, and coaching teams across the U.S. and Canada.
Job Responsibilities:
- Training Program Development: Design and deliver training programs for BOSCH teams and channel partners.
- Create cross-training curriculum and build training materials.
- Develop onboarding programs for new sales personnel.
- Training Delivery & Execution: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
- Travel to locations to facilitate in-person training.
- Provide coaching and mentoring for sales representatives and managers.
- Product Knowledge Integration: Ensure sales teams are proficient in all products.
- Build expertise on products for specific applications.
- Assessment & Continuous Improvement: Assess training effectiveness and monitor sales performance data.
- Gather feedback and adjust programs based on market changes.
- Collaboration & Communication: Coordinate with product management and marketing teams.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years in sales training within the HVAC industry.
- Experience with mergers or organizational integration.
- Ability to travel up to 40%.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven ability to design and deliver training programs.
- Strong facilitation skills.
- Deep understanding of HVAC systems.
- Excellent collaboration skills.
