We are seeking a motivated individual for our growing Professional Services team.
As a Senior Services Manager, you'll:
- Partner with product Account Executives to prospect and acquire new customers, focusing on Services.
- Collaborate with Account Managers/Customer Success Managers to identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities for existing customers.
- Prospect, cultivate leads, set appointments, and manage leads.
- Gather critical customer information and schedule appointments/follow-up.
- Develop and manage your own sales pipeline for services.
- Perform outbound calling, emailing, and texting.
- Prospect for new business and follow up with leads.
- Cultivate opportunities from existing customers to close deals.
- Collaborate with Sales, Pre-sales, Partners, and Marketing on campaigns.
- Forecast and report to stakeholders.
- Maintain customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.
- Travel for customer appointments and events.
- Develop new sales areas and improve sales methods.
- Research products, services, industry trends, and competition.
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of relevant professional services sales experience in the SaaS sector (e.g., customer service, CRM, ITSM).
- Proven ability to exceed sales quotas.
- Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to customer acquisition.
- Strong virtual meeting and closing skills.
- Experience selling services around SaaS products.
- Strong technical understanding of the Freshworks platform.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
Compensation: $194,000 - $278,760 (based on experience and location)
