About the Opportunity
As a Senior Services Sales Manager, drive growth of Salsify's Professional Services business. Build relationships with prospects and customers, identify opportunities, and manage sales. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Architecture to align service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategy, managing a pipeline of services opportunities.
- Drive services revenue growth, meeting targets.
- Collaborate with software sales teams to define services strategy.
- Lead presentations to senior decision-makers, articulating value.
- Scope and estimate projects, collaborating with technical consultants.
- Negotiate and close contracts, managing the contracting process.
- Forecast and track opportunities, providing timely updates.
- Optimize the sales process by refining service packages and internal workflows.
- Ensure seamless handover to delivery teams, setting clear expectations.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
