We're seeking an enthusiastic Remote Senior Sourcer to join our team. This position plays a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent for our organization.
As a key member of the Recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of candidates for various roles. You will work closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, networking, and Boolean search, to identify and engage passive candidates for current and future job openings.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Collaboration: Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, company culture, and job specifications to tailor sourcing strategies effectively.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and talent availability to provide insights and recommendations.
- Candidate Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates, offering a positive candidate experience and keeping them engaged throughout the hiring process.
- Reporting and Metrics: Track and analyze sourcing metrics and key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Technology Utilization: Leverage recruiting technology and tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and enhancement of the company’s employer brand by promoting the organization as an employer of choice in the talent marketplace.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques (Boolean search, Google X-ray, LinkedIn, job boards).
- Experience in talent sourcing for BPO, Tech, Sales, and Business Development roles.
- Familiarity with HR databases, ATS, and Candidate Management Systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, etc.).
- Ability to effectively present job opportunities and engage candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
