Full-Time Senior Specialist Account Management

• Serve as the day-to-day relationship lead for assigned partners.
• Proactively engage senior and mid-level partner contacts.
• Deliver exceptional responsiveness and solution-oriented service.
• Act as the primary liaison between external partners and internal teams.
• Coordinate across internal teams to resolve operational issues.
• Translate partner feedback into actionable insights.
• Monitor account performance and identify areas of risk and opportunity.
• Collaborate with Business Development to support expansion opportunities.
• Support student engagement efforts.
• Own the operational relationship with third-party platforms.
• Leverage Salesforce and reporting tools to track account activity.
• Maintain up-to-date records of partner activity.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree in business, communications, healthcare administration, or related field required
• 5+ years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
• Experience leading relationships, issue resolution, and working with matrixed teams
• Experience using data sources to identify and prioritize opportunities
• Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems; familiarity with Power BI
• Understanding of healthcare provider structures and talent development initiatives
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and relationship-building instincts
