Full-Time Senior Specialist- Account Management

• Serve as the day-to-day relationship lead for assigned healthcare partners.
• Proactively engage senior and mid-level partner contacts to understand workforce needs.
• Act as the primary liaison between external partners and internal functional teams.
• Coordinate across internal teams to anticipate, identify, and resolve operational issues.
• Translate partner feedback into actionable insights.
• Monitor account performance and partner behavior to identify areas of risk and opportunity.
• Support student engagement efforts.
• Own the operational relationship with third-party platforms.
• Leverage Salesforce and reporting tools to track account activity.
• Maintain up-to-date records of partner activity.

• Bachelor's Degree in business, communications, healthcare administration, or related field required
• 5+ years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience leading relationships through trust and partnership.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Deep understanding of healthcare provider structures.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
