AI Experiences focuses on enterprise-wide AI applications like Search, Conversational Interfaces, and Automation, supporting DT developers in building enterprise-grade products on the ServiceNow platform.
About the Role: ServiceNow seeks a Senior Staff AI Experience Product Manager to lead the development of AI-driven experiences, including personalized conversational AI and enterprise search. This includes defining AI/ML platform use for enhanced user journeys and interactions. The role involves strong stakeholder partnerships, communication of vision/results to leadership, and collaboration with engineers, analysts, and designers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personalized Conversational AI: Design and implement AI-driven, personalized interactions using NLU and machine learning.
- Enterprise Search: Develop fast, accurate, and contextually relevant search experiences leveraging AI/ML.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders to align on goals and deliver tailored experiences.
- Workflow Orchestration: Design and optimize AI-powered workflows integrating search and conversational AI.
- Data Storytelling: Use data to demonstrate AI impact on user journeys and workflows.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, and analytics teams for scalable AI experiences.
- Experience Optimization: Map and improve user workflows for seamless, personalized experiences.
- Product Vision & Roadmapping: Develop a clear vision and roadmap for AI experiences aligned with organizational goals.
- User Advocacy & Feedback: Advocate for users and gather feedback to continuously improve AI experiences.
- Executive Presentations: Clearly communicate product vision and results to senior leaders.
Experience Requirements: 8+ years in product management, with 5+ years in AI, machine learning, conversational AI, and enterprise search.
Skills & Attributes: Strong storytelling, AI expertise (especially personalization, NLU, predictive capabilities), enterprise search experience, strong stakeholder management, analytical skills, technical understanding of AI/ML, and strong communication skills. Problem-solving ability appreciated.
