Scope of Work: Provide value by hitting savings targets, reducing risk, and meeting stakeholder needs. Build strong internal relationships and drive enterprise sourcing, category management, and contract negotiation. Manage work stream and supplier contracts from development to signature.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive best value supplier selection for over $600M spend.
- Practice category management and sourcing in areas like HR, Finance, Tax, Contingent Workforce, Sales, GTM, Benefits, and more.
- Ensure sourcing enables and adds value to business, governing spend and reducing risk.
- Manage and advise on sourcing and contracting processes (evaluating, negotiating, contracting).
- Identify, evaluate, and implement sourcing industry trends for excellence.
- Strengthen partnerships with business functions for consultation and integration with company strategies.
- Develop strategic advisor/partner relationships with legal for best-in-class global contracting.
- Leverage or explore AI integration in work processes.
- Build and maintain a world-class team of employees and service partners.
Experience Requirements:
- 10+ years in strategic and operational sourcing/procurement.
- Demonstrated experience in Professional Services, especially IT Services, Contingent Workforce, etc.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills (internal/external).
- Deep knowledge of contract law and project management.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Proven success in strategy, governance, and structure in changing environments.
- Adaptability to new working methods and problem-solving.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, strategic, and execution skills.
- Proven creative thinking and problem-solving approach.
- Ability to influence and negotiate with business partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional stakeholders.
- Understanding of business finance, analysis, budgeting, and business case development.
- Relevant industry designations (CPP, CPPM, etc.)
- MBA preferred.
Compensation: $137,500 - $240,700 + equity (when applicable), variable/incentive, benefits.
