Full-Time Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process for various positions in Group Services (Marketing, HR, Finance, Technology, Sales). Include job brief creation, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.

Partner with hiring leaders to understand their talent requirements and advise on attraction, selection, and hiring strategies.

Collaborate with the People & Culture team for onboarding processes.

Build and maintain talent pools to meet business objectives.

Be a brand ambassador for Lendi Group, fostering a positive candidate experience and sharing Lendi's story, purpose, values, and culture.

Use data and market insights to drive sourcing strategies and continuous improvement.

Support the design and execution of recruiting strategies.

Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is essential.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required, including fluency in English and Filipino, and ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders at all levels. Experience in an international or multicultural environment is desired.
