Key Responsibilities
- Drive Recruitment Strategy: Own and optimize end-to-end recruitment for GTM and Business senior roles, balancing speed and quality.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers, providing guidance on role scoping, market insights, and process improvements.
- Talent Sourcing: Actively source and engage top talent, leveraging multiple channels and creative outreach strategies.
- Candidate Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial interviews focused on culture alignment, role requirements, and leadership expectations.
- Funnel Management: Maintain a healthy pipeline, ensuring fast-moving processes, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine the recruitment process for efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.
- Project Management: Lead project-based hiring initiatives (senior leadership roles), adjusting strategies based on business needs.
