Full-Time Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

PM GROUP is an international management company specializing in strategy and business development services in iGaming. We manage the development and growth of a diverse range of clients in the iGaming sector. We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team remotely or on-site in Cyprus. This role will focus primarily on non-tech positions (creative, marketing, communications, finance, legal, administration, etc.).

Responsibilities:

• Hire professionals who meet job requirements and company culture.
• Provide superior service and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ensure focus on delivery and results.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Contribute to recruitment reporting and pipeline tracking.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives to improve recruitment outcomes.
• Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products.

Essential experience:

• 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter in iGaming.
• Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques (competency-based interviews).
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse), recruiting software, and candidate databases.
• Excellent knowledge of the iGaming market.
• Effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
• Strong time-management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on results.
• Fluency in Ukrainian; Upper-intermediate English.
