Job Details
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for positions across the EU Zone+Central Asia.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract candidates across multiple channels.
Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring needs.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
Provide insights on market trends, salary benchmarking, and talent availability.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Prepare and present candidate profiles to hiring teams in a professional manner.
Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the EU market+Central Asia.
Proven track record of successful placements in various industries.
Excellent communication skills in English and Ukrainian, both written and verbal.
Strong understanding of the European labor market and employment regulations.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
