Turner & Townsend is recruiting for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting efforts. Reporting to the TA Manager ANZ and working with the ANZ Talent Team.
This role is ideally based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, or Perth.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the complete recruitment process.
- Excellent stakeholder management.
- Planning and implementing successful recruitment campaigns using various channels.
- Writing compelling job advertisements.
- Utilizing LinkedIn and other tools for candidate sourcing and pipeline management.
- Tracking and reporting recruitment performance.
- Proficient use of Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Knowledge of recruitment regulations and compliance.
- Working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
