Senior Talent Administrator & Coordinator
The Senior Talent Administrator & Coordinator provides senior level administrative support to the talent acquisition process, facilitating logistical and recruitment activities for a specific client program or teams.
- Assist with recruitment & interview process
- Complete phone interviews & document candidate responses, screening candidates based on position requirements
- Develop interview schedules to ensure qualified candidates are evaluated
- Update candidate statuses in recruitment systems (Applicant Tracking System (ATS), proprietary systems)
- Schedule complex interviews (phone, video, in-person) with Recruiters or Hiring Managers
- Execute offer process (offer letters, presentations)
- Coordinate candidate background, medical, & reference checks
- Arrange travel, transportation, & accommodation for candidates
- Coordinate onboarding & offboarding processes
- Edit & post positions to ATS accurately & on time
- Administer posting to candidate generation channels
- Provide metric & pipeline reporting
- Lead discussions with candidates & Hiring Managers as needed
- Assist with ATS administration & optimization
- Provide best practices & process improvements throughout the talent acquisition cycle
- Document process changes (process maps, team structure charts, procedures)
- Identify & remediate workflow & system issues
- Identify opportunities to improve client & candidate experience, making process recommendations for operational excellence
- Act as a subject matter expert; provide training & coaching to less experienced colleagues
- Provide other administrative support to the recruitment team as needed
Position Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification preferred
- Previous experience in a TAC role
- 6+ months experience as a Specialized Talent Administrator & Coordinator preferred
- Strong recruitment administration skills & competencies
- Knowledge of talent acquisition concepts, practices, & procedures
- Fluent in English; strong verbal & written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook)
- Experience with a mainstream ATS
- Ability to prioritize & organize work
- Excellent customer service skills for colleagues & clients
