Senior Talent Administrator & Coordinator
Job Summary: Provides senior-level administrative support to the talent acquisition process. Facilitates logistical and recruitment activities for a specific client program or teams.
- Work Location: USA
- Work Arrangement: Remote (candidates must be based in the US)
- Work Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm (EST or CST)
Essential Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and interview process
- Conduct phone interviews, documenting candidate responses; screen candidates based on requirements
- Schedule interviews (phone, video, in-person) with recruiters or hiring managers
- Execute offer process (creating & routing offer letters)
- Coordinate background, medical, and reference checks
- Arrange travel, transportation, and accommodation for candidates
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Edit and post job positions to ATS
- Administer role posting to candidate generation channels
- Create metric and pipeline reports
- Lead discussions with candidates and hiring managers (as needed)
- Administer, optimize, and use ATS
- Provide best practices and process improvements
- Document process changes (process maps, team charts, procedures)
- Identify and resolve workflow/system issues
- Identify opportunities for improving candidate and client experience
- Act as subject matter expert; train and coach colleagues
- Provide other administrative support to the recruitment team
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Previous experience in a TAC role (6+ months preferred)
Skills:
- Experience: Recruitment administration, Applicant Tracking System (ATS) management, communication skills (verbal & written)
Compensation: $30,000 - $45,000 + annual bonus (based on goal achievement); medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, HSA, PTO, 401(k), volunteer time off.
