Senior Talent Administrator & Coordinator (Remote PST)
The Senior Talent Administrator & Coordinator provides senior-level administrative support to the talent acquisition process, handling pre-hire and post-hire activities for a specific client program or teams.
Work Location: USA
Work Arrangement: Full remote
Work Schedule: 8am-5pm PST
Specific requirements: Phone screening, scheduling, healthcare background.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and interview process
- Complete phone interviews and document candidate responses (screening)
- Develop interview schedules
- Update candidate statuses in ATS and proprietary systems
- Schedule complex interviews (phone, video, in-person)
- Execute offer process (letters, presentations)
- Coordinate background, medical, and reference checks
- Arrange travel, transportation, and accommodation
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding
- Edit and post positions to ATS
- Administer role postings to candidate channels
- Provide metric and pipeline reporting
- Lead candidate & Hiring Manager discussions
- Assist with ATS administration and optimization
- Provide best practices & process improvements
- Document process changes (maps, procedures)
- Identify and remediate workflow issues
- Identify improvements for client & candidate experience
- Act as subject matter expert; train/coach colleagues
- Provide other administrative support
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification (preferred)
- Previous TAC role experience
- 6+ months experience as Specialized Talent Administrator & Coordinator
- Strong recruitment administration skills
- Understanding of talent acquisition concepts
- Fluent in English
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook)
- Experience with a mainstream ATS
- Strong prioritization & organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
Compensation: $39,000 - $46,000 (depending on experience, geography, and industry knowledge)
