Job DescriptionAs a Senior Talent Development & Culture (TD&C) Partner, you serve as a senior subject matter expert and consultative partner supporting both culture and business performance.

Blending People Business Partner (PBP)-level strategic partnership with COE specialist depth in engagement, learning, and cultural storytelling, you will collaborate directly with People Leaders, COEs, and employee-led culture groups to activate talent programs that drive growth, inclusion, and connection.

You will own high-impact projects, such as performance enablement, learning delivery, talent reviews, engagement action planning, and culture communications. You will also support people managers with day-to-day employment matters and compliance awareness.

Responsibilities:

  1. Act as a strategic thought partner to people leaders and People Business Partners, advising on talent development, performance practices, and team culture.
  2. Provide HR Generalist-level guidance on basic employment law, compliance, and policy application—particularly for U.S.-based teams.
  3. Coach managers on people challenges, development planning, and feedback aligned with Turnitin’s Leadership Characteristics.
  4. Program Leadership: Lead the execution and continuous improvement of learning programs, including manager enablement, onboarding, and high-potential development.
  5. Facilitate talent review cycles to ensure programs reflect performance data, equity, and readiness for future needs.
  6. Deliver and curate workshops, toolkits, and resources to promote growth and continuous learning.
  7. Culture Storytelling & Engagement: Co-create and deliver culture storytelling and recognition aligned with EVP, in partnership with Culture Leaders and Comms.
  8. Contribute to content for internal and external platforms.
  9. Lead engagement action planning via Culture Amp ensuring accountability and follow-through across teams.
  10. Data Driven Insights Leverage engagement and performance data to inform strategies, track progress, and identify needs.Support dashboards and reporting in partnership with People Analytics.

Qualifications:

  • 6–7 years in HR, Learning, Talent, or People Partnering roles with cross-functional program ownership.
  • HRBP or HR Generalist experience.
  • Recognized SME in at least one area: learning enablement, performance management, engagement, or internal storytelling.
  • Strong business acumen and trusted relationship-builder across levels, functions, and geographies.
  • Able to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
  • Proficient in Culture Amp, Google Suite, Slack, Happeo, and project management tools.
