Job Details
As a Senior Talent Development & Culture (TD&C) Partner, support culture and business performance.
Responsibilities
- Strategic thought partner to people leaders.
- Advise on talent development, performance practices, and team culture.
- HR Generalist-level guidance on employment law, compliance, and policy (especially U.S.-based teams).
- Coach managers on people challenges, development planning, and feedback.
- Lead execution and improvement of learning programs (manager enablement, onboarding, and high-potential development).
- Facilitate talent review cycles, reflecting performance data, equity, and future needs.
- Deliver and curate workshops, toolkits, and resources for growth.
- Co-create culture storytelling and recognition aligned with EVP, partnering with Culture Leaders and Comms.
- Contribute to content for internal/external platforms (e.g., Great Place to Work).
- Lead engagement action planning via Culture Amp.
- Leverage engagement and performance data to inform strategies, track progress, and identify needs.
- Support dashboards and reporting in partnership with People Analytics.
