Full-Time Senior Talent Development Partner

As a Senior Talent Development & Culture (TD&C) Partner, you support culture and business performance. You blend strategic People Business Partner (PBP) partnership with COE specialist depth in engagement, learning, and cultural storytelling.

Collaborate with People Leaders, COEs, and employee-led culture groups to activate talent programs that drive growth, inclusion, and connection. Own high-impact projects like performance enablement, learning delivery, talent reviews, and culture communications.

Support people managers with day-to-day employment matters and compliance during PBP leaves.

Responsibilities:

1. Act as a strategic thought partner to people leaders, advising on talent development, performance, and team culture.
2. Provide HR Generalist guidance on employment law, compliance, and policy application for U.S.-based teams.
3. Coach managers on people challenges, development planning, and feedback aligned with company Leadership Characteristics.

Program Leadership:

1. Lead learning programs, including manager enablement, onboarding, and high-potential development.
2. Facilitate talent review cycles to ensure programs reflect performance data, equity, and future needs.
3. Deliver and curate workshops, toolkits, and resources to promote continuous learning.

Culture Storytelling & Engagement

1. Co-create and deliver culture storytelling and recognition.
2. Contribute to content for internal and external platforms.
3. Lead engagement action planning via Culture Amp.

Data-Driven Insights:

1. Leverage engagement and performance data to inform strategies and identify needs.
2. Support dashboards and reporting.
