Full-Time Senior Technical Corporate Recruiter

We are seeking a Senior Technical Corporate Recruiter to join our growing team! Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will manage the entire recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent (job boards, social media, networks, events).
• Establish evaluation standards, review resumes, and conduct interviews.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical needs.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Recommend and implement new processes to optimize hiring.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience with timely communication and feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally in a corporate environment, with experience recruiting for niche positions (Enterprise Architects, BRIM Architects, Solution Architects, JAVA Developers, etc.).
• Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruiting tools.
• Familiarity with relevant technical fields (e.g., software development, engineering).
• Telecommunications industry experience.
• Executive presence and ability to influence strategic hiring decisions.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously and maintain detailed records.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability to changing needs and market conditions.
